An Action-Adventure Game
The Chola empire is at its peak, and dying from inside. You are the young prince it cannot afford to lose. Nineteen, untested, just stripped of everything and pushed into the streets of Thanjai.

King Sengaalar watches the last of his line grow reckless while the kingdom fractures. The young prince must journey the empire, past foreign saboteurs, palace traitors, and the enemy he carries inside.
When you pick up the controller, he's a spoiled prince. By the time you put it down, you'll have decided what he becomes.
Chapter I · The protagonist
Nineteen years old. Heir to everything. Ready for nothing.
From the outside, he looks like a disaster. He drinks. He skips training. He mocks his teachers and treats the throne like a joke that someone else will eventually have to take seriously.
From the inside, he is a boy who lost his mother to madness and never found the way back. He doesn't know what he wants. He doesn't even know what a king is supposed to be, nobody ever asked him to. He isn't cruel; he's just never had to care about anything. Nothing has ever depended on him. Everything is about to.
Chapter II · The forces against him
The Chalukyas want the Chola line dead before the next king can rise. Inside the palace, others want exactly the same thing, quietly. And then there is the prince's own nature, which could finish the job for everyone.
The hunt from outside
The Chalukya king and his commander. Their war isn't for land, it's to end a bloodline before it can produce another king. Their assassins are already in Thanjai. They are patient, and they are good at this.
The knife from within
The head minister, and others like him. They serve the throne in daylight and undermine it after dark. When the king dies, they intend to be the hands that close around whatever is left of the kingdom.
The enemy he carries
His laziness. His appetites. His talent for looking away from anything that matters. The Chalukyas can only kill him. This one can make sure he was never worth saving, and it has a head start.
Chapter III · What a king is made of
Aram · Arivu · Aatral, right conduct, clear wisdom, real strength
Every mission asks the same question, and answers it three ways. A king needs all of it. One virtue alone makes a tyrant, a fool, or a corpse, and the streets of Thanjai will gladly show you which one you're becoming.
Who you protect, who you abandon, what you'll do for a meal or a name, every choice has weight, and the city is keeping count.
Nobody hands you the truth. Read rooms, read people, read the carvings on a temple wall, the answers were never hidden, only unstudied.
The Surulvaal, sword in the grip, whip in the wrist. Flowing arcs, brutal reach, reactive timing; high risk, high reward. Strength is the easy virtue, and the most dangerous to mistake for the other two.
Chapter IV · The setting
1011 AD. Thanjai, temples, traders, farmers, dancers, rebels and spies, all living on top of each other. The famine is real. The suffering is real. The palace was beautiful and empty. This place is ugly and full.

Temple bells and market shouting in the same breath. Dancers, merchants, beggars, informants, the capital never stops moving, and it never stops noticing a stranger with no one standing behind him.

The land that feeds the empire, paddy, palm, river-light. But the harvest is failing at the edges and the pests are winning, and a hungry village is a village that stops believing in kings.

Everything between everywhere, vassal courts with dangerous games, villages that owe loyalty to no one in particular, and the long quiet stretches where most of the changing actually happens.

Dust, heat, and bandits who answer to no court. Out here your father's name is worth exactly nothing, which may be the first honest thing anyone has ever told the prince.
